Tonight's dinner was blackened baked tilapia that I had as a sandwich on those awesome 7 grain Deli Flat breads. I had 1-1/2 filets and no condiments. I also had about a serving of fresh cooked green beans on the side. I had a glass of Arizona Diet Peach Iced Tea.
Dessert will be a cinnamon sugar free Jello rice pudding a little later on tonight.
