I'm not a believer in weight loss drugs, but I know many people use this. This is just a heads-up about something I just came across at everydayhealth.com.

I believe the best way to maintain healthy blood sugars and control weight is with exercising (cardio and weights). I started regular exercise 2.5 years ago and have since lost 65 lbs—still working on that last 5.

I have not heard of Xenical but I bet we have all heard of Alli. What is so bad is that it is FDA approved. We give so much flack to unapproved medicines and yet the ones that are approved are just as bad, sometimes worse. I will stick to my slow and steady weight loss with a good diet and exercise.

I'm with you on that. I hate the politics of the FDA, but don't get me on that topic. We'll be here 'til next year.
LOL

I am right there with you! The FDA does not execute it's job very well at all. In fact, I am less inclined to believe an FDA approved medicine...they are a huge farce.
