I am worried about caring children. I not only suffer from type 1 diabeties and PCOS and concerned about having a child. My docotor says to get pregnant you need a HBA1c of 6 and I am at 7.5 and can't seem to get down more?

Do you take metformin as well as insulin? If not, talk to your doctor about it. It does a very good job of helping with PCOS and the blood sugar issues that go along with it.
