well todayn is June 1. I started my diet today (yet anoither one) It is mnow 1pm and I am starving. I want a sandwich but I am afraid nthat once I start eating I will not stop. I hyave not eaten breakfast even though I took a shot. Any suggestions?

You need to eat breakfast!!! Always!! Eat 6 small meals a day, breakfast,snack,lunch,snack, supper, and a snack. Stone3xc gave you a much of good ideas, so listen to the advice. Take care of yourself.

Great advice Petals, yes.
When you get lows from no food or too much makes you feel starved. That is a horrible risk. Better to eat something than binge on bad things.

We don't have diets here, we have lifestyle changes. The things we do, we need to understand that our menus are going to be a part of our lives forever. Focus on keeping your numbers in a good range and you will lose weight as well.

Always eat breakfast!!!! If you don't, then you wind up where you are now, starving! It's better to have 2 or 3 small meals and 2 or 3 snacks spaced thru out your day than waiting to eat one or two big meals. Try to stock up on sugar-free jello, light yogert, fresh fruit, veggie bites with a lite dressing you can dip them into. It takes a little extra work at first but if you plan things ahead of time you'll have something in the fridge you can grab when you get the munchies. I try to limit my meals to 400 cal and my snacks to 120 cal. I have a husband that enjoys regular cooking but I have found ways to modify what he likes to eat to my diet. My favorite trick is to put almost everything I cook into 1cup serving containers for future use. Hope this helps and Good Luck!

I gave up on diets
with chainging the way I eat counting carbs has given me
the way to eat and not starve.Its hared to get started but once you get it working life is much better.I am still dropping the LBS slowly but I didnt get them all in one day so they will not go away in a day.I eat a lot better now then I ever have in my life and I am a lot more content with out having all the carbs .
