I am a 39 yr old diabetic who has severe neuropathy in my feet and hands. I take Lyrica 75mg at night only because it makes me so dizzy I can't function during the day. I had carpal tunnel surgery on one hand, but it was a complete failure. I also keep getting these neuromas on the bottom of my feet. Can anybody relate?????

I have had neuropathy for about three years, I could not sleep with covers on my legs or feet, not even a sheet, I also had to sleep with a pillow between my legs, becaus if they touched, the burning would wake me up. I take lyrica twice a day, and now can stay warm in the winter with a blanket.

I can relate to the neuropathy in the legs. I was diagnosed withit in my left leg when I was 18.I have pretty much been without a lot of feeling in it for a long time.I am doing fine with it, but now my doctor thinks my right arm is being affected by it.

I have had a problem with circulation for quite a while. I got most of my relief from research and the people and articles from this site. Diet played the biggest part. Keeping my BS under complete control.Exercise and herbs. I tried it all, and it has begun to pay off.I put a shoe, not flip flops on my left foot yesterday for the first time since December 2007.
