Just like our diabetes is different with each person, so are the affects it has on our bodies. There are several good videos here that tackle the subject with some detail.

Like everything else we do, we need to find out for our selves how it works into our lives now. I know many people become afraid to do any kind of activities that are, shall we say, vigorous. But we don't have to stop, we just have to learn how we react to it.

I appreciate the video. Sometime when i check my sugar after the deed i find it to be very low. Is there a reason for this??

Exercise! Yep, when you are active your body is able to use your glucose without insulin. That is why it is important to check before and maybe even have a little yummy before getting busy.
