Everyone and their uncle now a days are looking for another way to help with thier diabetes. But, i think it is very important that people actually STUDY what they are doing.
For instance: did you know that dried herbs are more potent than fresh? If a book or article tells you to eat soemthing, make sure if it is dried, you take less of it.
Many herbs like garlic are very helpful. I have heard people say they tried it and it did not work. Hmmm. How much were they eating? a tablespoon a day. HA!! You actually need up to 6 cloves of garlic in a day for it to work.
Please, read everything you can on herbs and other alternative meds and get the facts. do not just take someones word for something.There are herbs out there that should not be taken with certain types of medicines. Their are herbs out their that if you take them for you sugar, but have high blood pressure, it could do you harm. Know about everything you put in your mouth so it can really really help you.
