my body was not rigth until I went found out that I had tpye2 diabetes,now I througth my life had ending but with support and learning abuth this every thing work out fine I change my diet work out 3 time a week and now I do not take meds. and I thank god and my supporter and we are not alone if I can change my habites we all can

Congratulations! That is fantastic news. Isn't it funny how we wait until we are sick to get better? I am the same way. I am healthier now than I was two years ago.

Good for you. I find, too, that after I exercise my reading is close to or actually normal. It's great. You've got the right attitude. Accept the challenge and move on!

Dorab , congrats please share your views and share the schedule meal and activities that you have been through , Im a newbie recently diagnosed of glucose intolerance from my gestational diabetes last 2003 ., It was my own mistake that i did not take this seriously, maybe wrong advise to me ,, Now I felt that pain of having high glucose in the body and fluctuating to normal reading for my own tolerance.

If you can do it, then everybody can and able in their own right.. please share more.. I love to know more.
