I started insulin about 2 months ago and my levels were still high. my insulin was increased. you could be doing everything right and your levels could still be high. in my case i take meds that keeps my level high. talk with your diabetic educator and they can give you ways to help lower your levels. good luck runthe

Hello there! I t is going to take some time to fine tone your insulin doses till it is right. When I went on injections 3 months before I got my pump. I was constantly changing things. even though I was doing everything right. After you are fine toned. There will come times where you will need to make adjustments to your insulin. Our bodies are constantly changing and what that happens other things have to change too. Our bodies have to maintain a constant homeostasis. Other wise other things do occur. Give it some time and try to work with it as you go. Things will start coming right for you. Just try to keep a positive attitude. :)
