I am sorry that it went up for you, but life is funny that way and any number of things could affect those levels.

What kind of stresses do you face at work? I face the stress of deadlines, but I work for myself so I don't have a crummy boss yelling at me. LOL So that stress is good for me sometimes. Keeps me on my toes.

I am working on exercising with my hubby. He goes to a gym and I am trying to get in so we can do it together. Maybe you can find someone to ride bikes with or take walks in the park with. Even if it's just a dog. Exercise is really one of the best things any of us can do for ourselves. It helps with so many areas of our lives. I work in my vegetable garden almost every day and that gives my exercise a double purpose.

Hang in there, a flux is not a huge thing unless it continues an upward climb. You know you don't want that so you will do great come October. You will have to share a follow-up with us.

I park a little further away from where I go t to go and I walk. I have also incorporated a home & gym exercise program for myself. I have started myself on a spin off of the Special K diet as well. I have FINALLY got my numbers more constantly being below 200. Stress can hinder our numbers but I have found coping mechanisms to help work through some of my stressful moments in my life. I wish you the very best and will keep you in my thoughts. Hang in there and keep your chin up :)

I never look at exercise as bad, I think take stairs, even if its one flight, break the stress of your job into piles, see what piles can be resolved and which need more attention. My grandfather always said stress will never be greater then what you allow it to be. I shall say a prayer and wish you much luck. Moi
