I am type 2 diabetic and was under control until recently. Now 2 hr after I eat bs are 8-9 but after 3 or 4 hours starts to go back up so that 3 hr bs will be 10+ and after 4 hrs 12+ but I haven't eaten anything. Anyone have any ideas or solutions, My diet has not changed and my diabetic health nurse says diet is Ok, maybe increase fibre, but I already eat a high fibre diet - no white bread/pasta/rice - all whole grain - no sugars

I am not much help on this one. All I can say is talk to your doctor about it. That is strange that it keeps rising. Fiber will prolong the peak, but I would not think in such a drastic way. You might want to try a walk after your meal to see it that will help to keep it lower. I used to exercise in the mornings, but now I try to do it in the evenings to help with my last meal of the day.
