Can you tell me what you can eat for 200 calories a meal. How many calories for snacks.

Jenny the only reason that I could see for a doctor to suggest 200 calorie meals would be if he's suggesting you eat 7-10 times a day. Your body needs fuel of more than that if you have a daily goal of keeping your head off your desk. To answer your question you can surely find low cal food options in just about any nutritional guide book (available online or at local library) but I think I'd find out if you are dealing with a prison doctor or a psychopath first.

Thats not good
You can way over do a diet
I gave up on calories and work only with carbs
this keeps my BS low and I am dropping the lbs.
Good luck and best wishes

Not much unless you're a rabbit. That is very low, are you sure that number is what you mean?

200 per meal is not good. You need more than that for your body to function normally and to not go into "starvation mode." Have you been told to only eat 200 per meal?

Hi, yes, this is what I was told by my doctor, no mistake. You are saying 200 calories per meal is too low? Also, how many calories per snack, 3 times a day.

Wow. I would ask for a second opinion. Many studies have shown that extremely low calorie diets are very bad for you, especially if you are trying to lose weight.
