I think it would be irresponsible to try and give you an answer to your question. I haven't seen you or examined you. I would share that foot pain can be due to everything from ill fitting shoes, worn out shoes, too much body weight, diabetic neuropathy, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, etc., etc. Do you have a primary care physician or nurse practitioner you can go see in person for an exam and diagnosis and treatment recommendations?

I have to agree. The other item that could be causing your issue could actually be your medications. Some meds, such as Actos, can cause swelling of your legs, feet, arms and hands...and your heart. That is why it is a dangerous med. Talk to your doctor about it and if they are not helpful, consult a podiatrist. You will eventually want to have one anyway, so talk to them about your legs and feet.

In a word, Neuropathy !

Diabetic Neuropathy is nerve damage caused by diabetes, lack of management of blood glucose.

You can read more about it by clicking on these links:

Not to mention Charcot's Foot :

Talk to your doctor about this and take any foot pain, injuries, tingling or numbness very seriously !
