So my parents are ordering me a pump and I'm getting it through medtronic and the lady that is handling our insurance is completely messing it up! We have two insurances and they have to be billed in a specific order, well she didn't even bill one of them and they were trying to stick the rest of the money onto us when the insurance would cover more had she billed them. So now my dad is trying to contact her about this and she's not answering her phone and not calling us if we leave her a message, so far im not real impressed with their customer service. Has anyone else had this problem or am I just the lucky one?
