Medtronic insurance lady

So my parents are ordering me a pump and I'm getting it through medtronic and the lady that is handling our insurance is completely messing it up! We have two insurances and they have to be billed in a specific order, well she didn't even bill one of them and they were trying to stick the rest of the money onto us when the insurance would cover more had she billed them. So now my dad is trying to contact her about this and she's not answering her phone and not calling us if we leave her a message, so far im not real impressed with their customer service. Has anyone else had this problem or am I just the lucky one?

I am on a insulin pump from medtronic & I love it no probelems with it at all been on it since Feb.16th 2011 I am still getting used to it but all in all it is wonderful

I have a Medtronic spinal cord stimulator and have always had good service with them. Though as mentioned most of the dealings have been through the pain management doctor. Good luck with your efforts. May I suggest going to their web site and file a complaint or feedback?

My husband has a Medronic pump for his spine and we have always had great service with them. We do all our paperwork thru the doctor though, so we don't deal with it ourselves. But with questions and concerns, I have always found them to be very helpful. Maybe you got the new kid on the block?

I had the best one but I only have one ins comp that may be why???????You can have your dad or mom call her boss and complain ????

She still isn't responding to phone calls so I haven't recieved it yet but I can't wait to get it! My dad called my dr.'s office about it today and they are straitening it out so hopefully I'll get it next week.

Call the main number and talk to somebody else. They want your business and have a huge sales/support team.
