What kind of color are your feet? Have they changed recently? If you are experiencing a coldness to the touch and a color change, you need to get to a doctor immediately.

If your feet are still pink or normal color, and you want to increase circulation I would also consult your doctor on the best way to do that. There are massage methods, special socks, and exercises that you can do. Your doctor can help you choose which ones to try first.

If you place two fingers near your ankle bone and apply light
pressure you should be able to count a pulse. If you have neuropathy in your feet this may not work.

I've had neuropathy for years and have excellent circulation in my feet. They feel numb, but I have strong pedal pulses. No pulse means see a doctor.

Do you mean feel the pulse in your feet. make it stronger or get one back? If you don't have one then you need to go to the doctor ASAP, as in right now.
