First let me start off by saying I am not an obese person, but I am overly concerned about my weight and eating habits. I do not eat a lot, but my weight is still going up at times. I know i should eat 5-6 small meals a day, but i find that impossible to do with my schedule/work and school. I want to know what can i do to better my eating habit and a way for me to lose 10-15 lbs. i went on one diet where i was taking shots, and pill and all, but as soon as i went off that i gained the weight baack, but i cudnt see myeslf taking shots and pills for rest of my life to lose weight. I have started walking almost 1 hr a day in a quick pace but the weight hasn't come off. Please tell me some good ways a person like me can lose weight and eat more than 2 times a day.
yes i eat sometimes 1 or 2 times a day not bad foods and i still gained weight. WHY?
