HELLO EVERYONE I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES SINCE 2000 AND IT WAS HARD STARTING OFF BUT I HAD TO ACCEPT THIS AND TRY TO DO BETTER. SO I EXCERSICE 5 TIMES A WEEK MON THRU FRI WITH POWERWALKING AND EATING BETTER, NO FRIED FOODS AND DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER. WHEN I STARTED TO SEE HOW GOOD I WAS FEELING AND THE WEIGHT WAS COMING OFF I KNEW I WAS ON THE RIGHT TRACK TO A HEALTHIER LIFE STYLE AND I WANT TO THANK GOD FOR GUIDING ME THROUGH IT ALL.
