I wanted you to know I finally got the workout sheet. It is very nice. I will use it faithfully every day.I like the idea I can keep weeks,months,and hopefully years of information at my fingertips.

glad you recieved it. Mine has been very helpful because it helps me when I work out. Certain workouts seem to spike my sugar. Others seem to make it drop. So I can track this and my doctor and I can figure out why this happens. Its easier to figure out when you can see it in black and white!

hello everyone! hope everyone is well this day.
I have posted my workout sheet that i made and hope others can use it. I wanted something simple and something I could make up once.
To figure out my food in take and cals., I simply went to a site that tells me my carbs and cals. I made a list of them and then I can referr to my list instead of looking them up time after time incase I forget. either that, or read the lable on the food wrapper or container. Then I went to health Status and typed up my activities that I like to do on any given day. Here is the link for that sight so you can do your own activities and put them on the list.

there is suppose to be a space between the words were and should be. And spaces between other stuff too. but I am not a computer nerd, sorry!I have saved the sheet to myworks, so if anyone wants a copy to copy off of, just email me: small.

I put your workout into WordPerfect and formatted it for y'all. BUT… I haven't figured out how to get it to you.
I tried E-mailing it to you but it came back undeliverable.

try putting it in as a attactchment. when i mail it out to people i scan it and it formats it automatically but it has to be clicked on as a attachment.
