My daughter is insulin dependent and is still having issus controling her diabetes. Is there anyone that has the same problem or know's how to help. I have it also but mine thank God is under control.

I also feel you need to speak with her doctor so he/she can regulate her insulin intake. Question why is she not on an insulin pump if she is having so much trouble controling her BG's. I had trouble and was put on an insulin pump. You need to consult your Primary Care Physician. The out of control BG could be harmful to her and her vital organs.

Please take care.

How do you manage your BG's?

God Bless

I too would be interested in what age person we're talking about. In any case, I am puzzled that you would come here and ask, as opposed to consulting her physician. He/she should be the one most involved in controlling her diabetes. He/she has all the records and is the one that would be making any decisions as to how to proceed. We all can speak from our own experiences, but we're not professionals and we do not have any information on which to base our best educated "guess". Please either have her contact her doctor (if an adult) or you call the doctor (if a child) and make an appointment to discuss this with him. He needs to know.
