I researched Ablify on to see if there were any side effects that might be linked. I do not see any, but that doesn't mean that she is not reacting to it in a way they have not yet studied. Can you talk to your doctor about removing that med to see if she improves? I know you can't just stop taking those kinds of meds.
Depression can cause many things to go on inside our bodies and our glucose levels are tied tightly to that kind of thing. It is well worth looking into.

Is there a chance that she is eating something out of the home that is causing issues that maybe she is not telling you about? I know kids can be so secretive at that age as they want to grow up so fast.

Has your daughter ever been tested or diagnosed with
labile diabetes (aka) "brittle" diabetes which is an uncontrollable form of type 1 diabetes ?

I am not trying to add to the confusion or misunderstanding of such or as they say, adding fuel to the fire, I'm just trying to be helpful.
