I am 55 and definitely not pregnant. LOL But, I do have a problem. When I wake up in the morning, I have intense anxiety and am so nauteous I cannot eat much. Anyone have any suggestions. I can't even think about food. Come to think of it, I have not eaten. I forgot! LOL It is hard being absent minded.

when you get up in the morning try a piece of whole wheat toast without any thing on it. or a couple of saltine crackers, or a piece of fruit. it could be your medicine that you take at night that makes you feel that way because sometimes it happens to me but you have to try to eat the next time you go to the doctor ask him for some suggestion. even if you have to drink a glass of water first.

Sometimes, the water will only make me more nauteous. But, I will try your suggestions. I did make a piece of toast this morning but forgot about it. LOL By the time I remembered it, it was lunch time.
