If you have to have it. Buy the good dark chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa content. If you eat just a piece it
should be workable in a food plan. Its more expensive, but
its good for your heart. There is sugar free chocolate on
the market, but many people can't eat it. It can cause other
medical problems if you eat more than a piece or two.

Oh yeees, chocolate is just so goood. I'm craving it right now!

Try eating a piece of fruit, like an orange! (I love oranges, especially the cold juicy ones!)

You could also try to distract yourself by doing something, anything that occupies your thoughts! Go for a walk, call someone to talk about things, watch a new movie, take up a hobby, get something done that you've wanted to do forever but just keep putting off!

And, of course, don't keep chocolate around! :)

Hope this helps, I know it's sort of stating the obvious, but, sometimes it's nice to hear it anyways…

Skip the Hershey and get some dark chocolate, the higher the cacao content the better. A couple of squares of Ghirardelli Midnight Reverie 86% tastes great and is not too bad carb wise.

Best wishes Harlen
