I would be interested in hearing your take on complimentary and Alternative therapies for diabetics.
Do you see any true or lasting value in using these methods?
Do you use them?
Complementary therapy is used with convential therapy.
Alternative medicine is used instead of conventinal medicine.
Some of these therapies may be effective, others can be ineffective and even harmful.Below are six of these therapies.
1.Acupuncture-2.Bio- feedback,3.Chromium-4.Ginseng-5.Magnesium-and 6.Vanadium.
To learn a more in depth study of these and more therapies contact (CAM );
National Center for complimentary and Alternative medicine clearing house, 1-888-644-6226 or http://nccam.nih.gov/health/bydisease.htm
I believe a health care provider should always be consulted before or if one plans to use these therapies.
