Hello Everyone, My first day on this site and have been trying find any discussion on exercise. I don't seem to have the motivation to get started and I need some idea's and/or help with this.

I was in physical therapy awhile ago and I have exercises but don't use them. I do better with aerobics. I love the action it has and you only compete with yourself. I had one class I went to where they emphasized it. The instructor told us that in his first class, he tried to keep up with everyone and wound up passing out. He laughed but told us that if this was our first time, take it at our own pace. I do have to admit that I did watch that clock though, during our sessions. LOL It was 50 minutes but well worth it. It does give you MORE energy, believe it or not.

Patty welcome to DC. We have several discussions on exercise that are on going. Just go to search and type in
exercise. The easiest exercise is walking. If you have not
done regular exercise it best to check with your Dr. before
you begin. Again Welcome.

Don't worry about it, my brain is always foggy. LOL I am especially bad in the mornings. I do volunteer work with alzheimer's patients. I will give you one guess as to why that works well for me. LOL
