i just got my labs back, my a1c is 4.7 and my fasting was 83!! im glad to see that my diet and weight loss has worked! although im tired of eating beans,they seem to be helping alot.lol i eat beans and spinach every morning bec they are loaded with fiber, and my blood sugar seems to stay low all day. i have also been eating beans at lunch and dinner for the xtra fiber.
