Can anyone suggest a good counter? You used to be able to buy those little books at the grocery stores, etc., but they're not available any longer. I need something to help me out.

Thanks for your help

I have the one that the American Diabetes Association puts out. It is not real small, but it has all kinds of things. Even fast food, but we all know you don't eat that.....right? LOL!
It has calories, fat, protein, sodium, fiber, carbs and how much is in a serving. I use it for my food logs.
