I would be interested in knowing how you guys handle friends who insist you are not eating enough and get annoyed when you try to make the best choices for yourself. My neighbor wanted me to have a dessert of fruit flavored yogurt with added fruit. The yogurt, though low fat, still had about 23 carbs and I felt that would put me over for the day. She got annoyed with me. I really have a hard time dealing with this. It doesn't change what I do, however.
