I would be interested in knowing how you guys handle friends who insist you are not eating enough and get annoyed when you try to make the best choices for yourself. My neighbor wanted me to have a dessert of fruit flavored yogurt with added fruit. The yogurt, though low fat, still had about 23 carbs and I felt that would put me over for the day. She got annoyed with me. I really have a hard time dealing with this. It doesn't change what I do, however.

Stick to your guns. It is hard to get people to understand, but if you do what you know you need to, then you are doing well. I know it's hard when people get annoyed with you, but it is okay, and it will pass.

Always do what you feel is right for you !
Giving in to persistence or temptation may have you brow beating yourself later, (although you shouldn't).
Say no thank you, politely explain yourself and stick by your decision, you will be respected for it.

The funny thing is that most of the time, I have no desire for what it is that people want me to eat or how much. My appetite is down in the basement lately. LOL

We can never do anything on our own, without God's help, even if we don't choose to take other's.
