I started a discussion that I can't find now.

I was asking what people did not like about themselves. We need to remember that no matter what it is that we do not like about ourselves, this is a mark from God that sets us apart from everyone else. We are special in His eyes and this is what makes us individuals.

Now that I am losing weight, I find all kinds of sags on my body. Not pretty! I really need to start exercising.

Good for you for losing weight! excercising will help tighten up the "sags" from losing the weight.

Thank you! I am down about 17 pounds so far. I am a little concerned because it has been in a couple of weeks but then I have changed a lot of my eating. My doctor said I should go for a walk. I would rather do aerobics. I will need to find a video. I love the more active exercise that I used to do. It feels good and gives me so much more energy.

Lower part has two dimples and its embarrasing. Even though people say theyre cute…for a 4 year old maybe!!!!
