i've been on a diet for so long and i don't eat any thing that i'm not suppose to eat, and it seems to help me

You actually use a word I hate. I hate the word "diet". I follow no diet, but I have a system of eating that will allow me to control my diabetes.

well i just eat less and no boxed things i am doing fine my numbers are great i eat healthy foods fruits and veg and the required amount of protien in vegtables and and meat exchane beans and meat too much protien causes kidny problems. and also exersise sstay away from fast food.

A nutritional and balanced diet is key. The American Diet has strayed so far away from the basics of health and what some might now realize is that a lot of these health problems in the world today are caused by the foods we eat.
