I found this great PDF on the ADA website today. It is made for students, but any of us should be carrying one. It shows the symptoms, and then steps to take in an easy to read chart. I love it and am going to print one for myself.

There are two pages. One is for highs, one is for lows. Just print each one out. Attach a photo and there you have it.

That's totally cool! I'm going to print one and keep it on fridge for my family and put one in Kylie's diaper bag. Is their on for blood sugars that are too high?
