I have been following JU's discussion about the importance of the A1c test, also the discussion about eligibility for insurance. Since my daughter cannot get insurance or assistance, she does not have access to home testing kits for A1c. Does anyone have any information or a source of information where I could learn about the accuracy of these tests.

In what ever spare time you have while you are on the Raw Foods diet (hearty chuckles and snickers)

No kidding, that is a preperation nightmare. Those people who do that full time do it FULL TIME. Soak this for 8 hours, mush it up, dehydrate it again for 18 hours, chop, dice, dehydrate some more....sheesh. I don't have a dehydrator, so we will have to skip a few steps along the way.
