I was watching the news this morning and saw something of interest, but the kid was running amok and I missed some key things and now can't find anything about it. It was a story about a research team at some university in California who thinks they found a trigger for insulin resistance (I think they said it was called olfosilrap) and thinks it could be relatively simple to turn off/block and essentially "kill" insulin resistance. Some protein or enzyme or the like, that part I missed due to a cat yelping and a laughing little boy! I couldn't even tell you what channel it was, maybe Fox since that's what my father-in-law watches late at night. Anyone else have any info about this?

I have searched FOX this morning, but can't find it online...I hope to see it later on FOX News. This sounds great for the type 2's

Thanks for the info, I will have to see if I can fill in the blanks by searching the web and the network's websites.
