I have found Ecco shoes are great for support and comfort. The down side is the cost…they are around $200 per pair, but I have had 3 podiatrists agree they are among the best shoes for Diabetics to wear.

good luck.

I found SAS shoes after searching for a pair of tennis shoes that did hurt my feet. And this was long before someone told me thay where diabetic shoes. I also have lived and learn about wearing the wrong shoes. In fact I brought a spare pair of shoes to switch in the middle of the day at work. I only did it once because boy is that dumb to wear a shoe that makes your feet hurt. When I was young it was much more fun to wear different shoes. Cheers to healthy feet. LOL

LOL, I can just see those toes all puffy. I don't know if they were high heels, but man, I gave those up a long time ago. LOL Yeah, we do have to be careful about what we put on our feet. Comfort is my main concern, looks kind of go out the window I've found...unfortunately. You do want to keep good circulation on those puppies to keep them from looking like pig's feet later. Diabetic shoes have come a long way, maybe next Sunday you will wearing some of those.

Shorty31,

Take heed to this bit of information.

When your feet hurt, everything else on your body either hurts or is thrown out of correlation with each other, get stylish shoes that fit your feet and serve the medical purpose of a diabetic, comfort and function are more important than looks, first and foremost.

Remember that your two feet are the foundation for your body, upset that foundation and everything associated with it suffers the consequences !
