29 nights without eating

I hope you all join me in a quiet act of gratitude that I have succeeded in not eating at night for a total of 29 nights. (I was the diabetic who reached out to all of you for support as I struggled to change my habit of eating every night about every two hours throughout the entire night. ) Having passed this milestone I am now keeping as detailed a food diary as I humanly can so that I can start to improve my daytime eating. Thanks again to all of you for being there on the first steps of my "rehabilitation".

I remember your post. I am very happy for you. You have reached a milestone, and overcome. Keep up the good work. It isn't easy but it is worth it. The food journal is good. It helps you have a clear picture each day, and
that will assist you as you continue your journey.

Congratulations! I read that post and I know how frustrated you were. This is a huge step in the right direction. Writing things down is a great tool. I am so excited to see your victory.
