I hope you all join me in a quiet act of gratitude that I have succeeded in not eating at night for a total of 29 nights. (I was the diabetic who reached out to all of you for support as I struggled to change my habit of eating every night about every two hours throughout the entire night. ) Having passed this milestone I am now keeping as detailed a food diary as I humanly can so that I can start to improve my daytime eating. Thanks again to all of you for being there on the first steps of my "rehabilitation".
