So many of us want to help each other in more practical ways. However, since we span the globe doing it face to face is not realistic. DC has made a category for us to use to create groups and specific topics we can all do and share.
Edie has her diet and exercise, Jayabee52 has us sharing our numbers and I just started a beginning exercise group. Here, we want to put discussions where we are actually doing things together and holding each other accountable for our goals. It is also support, not to judge anyone, but to allow us to see our progress, or our lack of it. To help each other in our specific day to day activities to keep us all on track.
We hope to develop it into a tool that we use. I know I sure need it. I am more inclined to get out there and do that little extra when I know I have to tell you guys if I did it or not.
There are many ways we can use this category to enrich our lives and also get to have bragging rights when we visit our doctors and they are happy to see that you are doing so well.
So step on up. Start a group or join in on one.
