Hello Everyone, I have heard that the coconut sugar is suitable for us. Someone knows about this, cause its Glicemic Index is 35.
Any comment, very welcomed.

I have found that less processed sugars such as raw or brown sugars are a little better, but as skip said, stevia is a better source. I use that by Stevia in the raw and it is great in drinks and cooking. There are a lot of them that are mixed with sugar and those will be better than white sugar, but the best thing is to train your brain to stop craving the sweet.

Sugar is sugar. The only natural sweetener that does not affect blood glucose levels is Stevia. And I am referring to pure stevia. Not the new stuff that is blended with other sugars and sugar alcohols.

It's just marketing, it's still sugar. It may be fractionally better for you than eating table sugar but it will still raise your blood sugar in a similar way. Try it and see but don't expect it to be a miracle product.
