I am prone to frequent headaches. I get them probably a little too often anyone have an idea why I could be getting them. I know it happens when I've had too much sugar but I seem to get them without eating any sugar too. Any one have any ideas?

When my numbers are running high, I find that my brain gets messed up. I have a hard time with my typing and sometimes I wake up with a headache. So even though you are not eating sugar, you may want to check your glucose levels and see if they are running high. There are many more things that cause high levels than sugar.

I have a headache this eve—-first time in weeks, will check my BS—-is 125 at 11pm, so must be something else—worked outside all afternoon in the sunshine, cleaning debris off of flower beds—may be weed dust—

I can't say what that's from, maybe you are sensitive to sugar. When I don't get my 20 cups of coffee a day I get headaches. On a serious not, excedrin xtra strength, tension and migraine are miracle workers. I suggest give those a try to help with your headaches until you figure out what's wrong with your head and get it fixed.

do you have a history of migrains? or alot of stress? it could also be high blood pressure. this is something you should ask your doctor about, i have experienced the same thing before and found that i have migraine headaches, but i also experienced this due to stress. i hope everything works out well for you, good luck! keep us updated on how you are doing.
