I can't locate a replacement for my meter battery, 3 volt lithium coin cell battery CR2032, I've gone to Walgreen, Osco, and Target none of these stores had them. I am located in the Chicago Area.

Yep. I have been buying the 2032's at Walmart. Not normally kept with AA, A B C or D's. Yes, jewlery or camera depts should have them for you. Also, best price in town

Take the battery with you to Walmart. The jewelry counter has a know-nothing and a "plate" they slide the battery thru. Which ever slot it fits is the size you need. Dumb way to do it, but it's been working for me since 2004.

If you look at walgreens…the meter batteries are near the cigarettes and cameras… you might have to ask if you don't see them.

otherwise any store that sells camera batteries should have what you need.

also if your meter is getting old, you might consider just getting a new one. Several meters are now under $20 for a new one depending on which one you use.

Try your local Radio Shack, that battery cr2032, is the same battery that is used in most computers to maintain the settings in a computers Bios, it doesn't have to say or be a lithium version of the battery for a meter, a standard cr2032 will suffice if necessary.
You can also check any photography or video store.
