I recently seen where there was a product review section on this and many talked about how they use it to lower trigl., bad cholesterol, help with weight loss, etc and more. Can someone tell me how you use it to do these things… (ex: drink it? put it in something? ???) I wanna try this .. lol. I use it in foods at times and for cleaning , but if it will help with those things… SOMEONE PLEASE TELL US WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH IT. Thank you so much. Nicki (greeneyedghost)

You can take a glass of water add two teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and drink it before consuming your meal.

Caution :

If you have diabetes, check with your doctor before using apple cider vinegar. Vinegar contains chromium, which can alter your insulin levels.

There are pros and cons to using Apple Cider Vinegar if you are on certain medications :

Long-term use of apple cider vinegar could cause low potassium levels and lower bone density. If you already have low potassium or osteoporosis, talk to your doctor before using apple cider vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar could theoretically interact with diuretics, laxatives, and medicines for diabetes and heart disease.

I've used it in a glass and have seen a dramtic drop in glucose levels, the taste is something else, I also have used the tablets but am unsure of the impact on my glucose.

If I wanted a quick drop I'd drink it in a glass of water
