The drop can be explained if one you took medication in that three hour time period, two any exercise will effect levels, and soemtimes your general health will also cause a drop in levels. With diabetes you have to consider all the angles

That kind of activity will also lower you blood sugars, if you are like me when I going buy groceries You do a lot of walking plus going up and down the stairs, it is called exercise weather you mean it to be or not, up and down stairs is very good exercise all of that will cause you glucose level to drop.

I hope I didn't come across in a bad way, didn't mean to if I offended you

I agree with Roy - that exercise of shopping and running up and down the stairs could have contributed to the lower blood sugar. And by asking the question what activities - just part of the routine analysis when trying to figure out blood sugar patterns. No value judgement on my part - activity is what is is - even sleeping or being a couch potato (I have practice at both..LOL)Why is my blood sugar what it is? Well, I say to self, what have you eaten, what activities and what meds have I taken. Looking at all three factors usually explains my blood sugars. Best wishes for your good health!

What needs explaining? Are you happy, unhappy, something else? It's very common for a post breakfast number to be lower than a fasting one. It might also be more helpful to test before 3 hours, like 1 and 2, to see what your blood sugar is doing.

What activities were you engaged in for those 3 hours? Sleeping? Running after kids? Exercising at the gym?

Am not a couch potato. Went grocery shopping…put away downstairs…up and down a few times…the usual.
