Four Categories of foods

I try to categorize food into one of four categories:

l. Good for me.
2. Bad for me.
3. Not good for me.
4. Not bad for me.

l. Most vegetables, fruit in moderation, and lean meats.

2. Items with processed sugars. These should be avoided. Most sweetened sodas and cereals.

3. Artificially sweetened items like diet drinks.

4. NSA items. Things that should be approached carefully.

I don't always eat exactly what I should, but I try to eat from #1 as often as possible, and approach others Very Carefully.

Does drinking more water really help?

Water is great for the body just like everyone stated, I also drink about 6 to 10 bottles of water a day.

Water is always good for everyone. I agree with everyone. We need to keep out bodies flushed out and water is the best thing to use. I know that it's hard to keep away from the foods we are not supposed to eat, but when you can do it, it's the best thing to do. We are human and it's very hard to eat the right thing especially when there is so many junk foods around. The manufacturers of junk food really know how to sock it to us!!! I'm trying real hard to stay away from it but sometimes I have a hard time myself. Keep up the good work and talk with someone when you have the wants to cheat, maybe that will help you.

Water is always good. It sounds as if you have a plan which
works for you. I would stay stay with it. How are your bg readings. Its the true benchmark of what works for you.

because are bodys are mostly water water is always good my grand mother always says this and it works you keep the insides wet and the germs wont stick and you wont be sick lol eating the right things isnt always easy if you cant make a good choice just taste it that is waht i do ((HUGS)) julie

If your system and methods are working for you, continue to do so, don't stop or change something if it works !
The added water is always helpful for the bodies metabolic system and for removing waste.
