I try to categorize food into one of four categories:
l. Good for me.
2. Bad for me.
3. Not good for me.
4. Not bad for me.
l. Most vegetables, fruit in moderation, and lean meats.
2. Items with processed sugars. These should be avoided. Most sweetened sodas and cereals.
3. Artificially sweetened items like diet drinks.
4. NSA items. Things that should be approached carefully.
I don't always eat exactly what I should, but I try to eat from #1 as often as possible, and approach others Very Carefully.
