I know i havent been on here in a while life has been out of control…I am having trouble keeping bg at a steady level it is rollercoastering all over the place.
I have committed to lose weight and so has my whole family so i am looking for any diet ideas as well as cookbooks I have kids who are 12, 10 and 5 plus and picking hubby..so i am looking for just normal everyday meals and snacks
Any help would be welcomed

I was diagnosed last February 2009. A1C 14.1, four months later it was 5.9, I believe in drinking lots of water and eating low carb vegetables. This is how I control my blood sugar. Click on the link below.

Take a look at (The New Family Cookbook For People With Diabetes),(You Dont Have to be Diabetic to Love This Cookbook),and BettyCrocker(30 minute meals for diabetes) all have good family orinated recipes.I know I have all kind of picky eaters around me.
