I was just wondering if anyone does any weight bearing workouts and Calestenics, spelled really wrong!
I want to incorporate these into my regime. I am 47 and my joints wont tolerate a pounding! My arms are weak, so for now I have been doing push ups and push offs on the wall.
should I be testing my levels even if I do 15 minutes of these type of workouts or wait till I get into a full half and hour?
