We all have our moments of depression and self despair, moments of feeling worthless and in doubt.

Whatever the case, we must overcome these feelings of self worthlessness before the become self consuming.

There is no easy, set way to overcome this, but first and foremost it must be recognized and then dealt with.

How is your self esteem (high, low, good or bad) ?

Take this short quiz and see, you just may surprise yourself, (in a good way) .. !

How are you, how did you do ?

Just took the quiz and this is my result—-
You are in need of a self-esteem boost.
Self-doubts are holding you back. You are aware of your feelings but still tend to be shy about taking firm action to stand up for yourself. Learn to respect and express your own needs and desires and you could be an inspiration for others.
Guess I have some work to do with myself..

I actually took the quiz, it said I'm not getting what I deserve lol sounds pathetic but this is what it said:

You could benefit by being honest about how you are feeling and then asserting yourself in healthy ways. Don’t be afraid to ask for support when you need it too. By taking those steps, you’ll begin to feel more confident, energized, and fulfilled.

My motto for self-esteem and being "happy" is, 'fake it til you make it!'.
I'm better than I use to be, so I guess it's working a little :)
