if u think its just air try rubbing vapor rub where the pain is and then cover it really good but try doing it after u take a shower or a nite before bed time so u dont make it worse, if u do it at bed time its the best cuz u let it rest all nite n can shower in the morning if u have too. another thing is soakn herself in the tub with warm water and add a handfull of table salt. those ideas were giving to me by a chiropractor i use to see for back pain and eventually workd great for me. try it out. it really simple stuff

I had terrible back pain for many years and the pain always moved from one place to another, three months on one area then changed to another, my Dr. said it might be fibromyalgia and he gave me cymbalta, this medication helped a lot with my pain even though it's for depression, Good luck and get well soon, hugs…LISA

Women and some men at middle age get degenerative disc disease, and the spine can get so the bones are crooked and it sits on the nerve roots, causing pain.
After 20 years of back pain and trying everything and nothing working, I had a spinal cord stimulator put in which interrupts the pain signal. I have a pack under the skin on my hip, which I recharge, and wires in my spine. It has worked pretty well for me, but not everyone gets relief to the point it's worth doing. Just wanted to mention I did everything!

Hopefully your doctors are thorough enough to do tests if you need it. My back pain was from degenerative disc disease that started young and if I hadn't insisted on an MRI, they would still be just dishing out pain meds. Stress didn't help either, and the more pain, the more stress I had. Plus the weight gain being inactive caused. One of my cervical disc was bad enough to need removal and fusion and for the first time in my life, I can turn my head sideways and live without extreme pain in my neck.
If your pain hasn't resolved in a resonable amount of time, I suggest seeing your doctor again and asking for a more thorough examination and diagnosis. Hopefully it's nothing serious. But pain of any kind is no fun and can reduce our quality of life. Hope you find an answer soon.

Sorry about your pain. I have pain in the spine. doctors said that it was arthritis of the spine. I also have pain in the lower pain when my kidneys hurt. When I drink a lot of water the pain goes away. I hope this help some.
