Super Bowl weekend. I didn't eat early Saturday. Because I was running around getting things done for my 1 year old's Granddaughter's birthday party. which I was still late to. Anyway I order pizza after for my kids. I hate two pieces, two bread sticks/w sauce,and chicken breast. Took diabetic med In the morning it 141 which for me that higher than it usually is but good for me. Okay Sunday I ate again late so I ate a piece of cold pizza(i like it cold the next day) with my coffee. The I went out to the store and I ate about 4:00pm More pizza & bar-be-que wings and one bread stick and soda. Monday Blood Sugar was130. Now yesterday I ate two pancakes two sausages on a stick, coffee and milk. For snack popcorn /w butter. Dinner 6 popcorn chicken ,pork n beans and corn and water & soda. This Morning BS IS UP 198. And funny thing is I feel good. When my sugar is lower in the 56-70's (regular for me ) sugar I feel tired some times no energy. So have this happen to any one before and what did you do about it?
