You probably opened this thinking "highs and lows" is related to blood sugar, but it's not. My sister and I started a dinner tradition several years ago where we go around the table and say what are high (best) part of the day was, and then we go around asking what the low part was. I thought it'd be nice to try to start it here. That we can air out the negative, but also reflect upon the positive. Many people, including myself, remember the bad things much easier than they do the good things.
