Somoca was Bad today
I didnt eat this morning. I just went strainght into my routine and put off eating. My BS went haywire and I snapped at my friend. As soon as it flew out of my head I was so sorry and I apologized. I was just dizzy and lightheaded and he said something that rubbed me the wrong way. I would have handled it better if I had been thinking clearly. ***sighs*** I have GOT to stay on schedule with this eating thing. Thanks for listening.

Don't worry about it. Once in awhile we all cheat, or fall of the wagon. I'll admit, sometimes I forget to eat when I should. I just try my best to do better the next day. =)

Can't do that in CA since it is against the law here (cell phones in our hands, that is)

My husband has just decided it's the meds that make me mean. Not me!!! LOL

I hear yah loud and clear Somoca, I have days like that especially since Im back in school at the time with a very full schedule. Some mornings I forget to take my bloodsugar and eat and then I snap at anyone in the line of fire. We will get better don't worry, hey we are only human.
I did the same thing when I went back for my Master's…oooooo that was ugly but I made it. I am trying to do better now that I am working on my Doctoral. I was so stressed in grad school that my hair stop growing..lol.. but you all are right. a little food goes a long way so that I do not lose a good friend. He is a good person. Thanks for the encouragement everyone.
It takes time and patience to change old habits. Try to eat even a little something after you get up, even if you aren't hungry. It will help with level bg and mood swings.

Been there done that good thing hes a frend and will understand we all do it from time to time

Humans are creatures of habit, we need to establish habit and pattern for some of the things in our lives.
You had a routine that you followed that worked and when you strayed off that path and there were consequences you suffered, it may have hurt but the message was delivered, stay focused and follow your routine !
