Has anyone tried or even heard of this weight loss program. The only reason it caught my eye is because they mentioned that it was good even for Diabetics. https://www.foodloversfatloss.com/
tell me what you think. This man claims that his program will help a person drop the weight and level out things like sugar levels.

Even if it was good for your diabetes…which i'm really doubting…you will die of heart desease instead with that menu! lol

I haven't heard of it, but any system offering fast results is
off. Weight loss is hard work. It means fewer calories and lots of exercise.

I agree Harlen, which is why I went for my 1k this morning-in the rain and snow. In the words of CHER when she did informercials, " if a nice body came in a bottle-everyone would have one"

I would not even consider trying this. They just want your money. Look at the picture of what they say you could eat. Fried chicken, biscuits and gravy? Hardly no information, but a place to fill in your credit card info. I guess my advice would be "buyer beware"

There is no diet that can let you eat everything you want and lose weight. They are selling weight loss pills. After all the problems with other ones, I don't think anyone, especially a diabetic should try them. I'm definitely not a doctor or a nutrionist, but it seems way to risky to me.
