DLife is a good website and a really good tv show on CNBC on Sunday pms. I just found it two weekends ago. I've got it on my DVR (tivo) set to record every week. Thanks for sharing the info. DLife definitely gets my vote. I'd like to see more non-fiction tv like a good at-home exercise show (anyone remember the old Jack Lalanne shows?) or even cooking shows on Food TV that features recipes the average consumer would actually make, eat and enjoy. Sorry but I have yet to find many recipes that I actually print out and have made. I love Rachael Ray, Robin Miller, Paula Deen and others but no matter how quick, how easy, how inexpensive, how nutritious or whatever the premise of the show I must be pretty picky. I just don't "get it" with their menu plans and recipes. Am I the only one who feels that way? If you can give me quick, low cal, low fat, low salt, inexpensive, high protein, high nutrition recipes I would be all over that show. So far, like the cereal, I got nuttin' honey.

It comes on Sunday nights 7:00 Est. on CNBC. You have to check your local listing for the exact time.
